Been camping across Hgwy 12 since the cafe opened and can`t find a better lunch. Tuna burgers are great,breakfast wonderful and ruebens terrific. The whole family always enjoys a stop at the cafe. Cold beer for lunch and good coffee for breakfast.

We always make a point to stop and have breakfast here. It's my grandaughters favorite place to eat. She loves the Belgian waffles.

I have been coming to the OBX for thirty plus years. I have seen eating places come and go. Over the last three years new ones have popped up. The Atlantic Coast Cafe is my favorite. The food is consistently fresh and exactly right. The wait staff is terrific and the cooks are spectacular. I always eat here at least twice a day.

We stopped there for a quick lunch on our way to the Chicacomico Lifesaving Station. I will say these guys have it together! My tuna burger was great. An Outer Banks vacation requirement for me is a grilled tuna sandwich and this was one of the best I've ever had. The staff was friendly, despite the lunchtime rush.

My family and I were in Waves over the 4th of July. We travel with our dog so going out to eat is usually very difficult. The nice staff at ACC allowed our little dog to sit outside on their deck with us while we ate. That meant a lot to us. The food was terrific, especially the Tuna Salad Wrap..fresh tuna.

We ate here twice during our recent stay in Waves and both times the food was delicous. The Waves breakfast wrap is perfect and I also really enjoyed the ruebens that they offer for lunch. I'll be sure to eat there even more during out next trip!

We have stopped here for breakfast a few times over the last few years. The food is great (try the breakfast wraps) and the staff is friendly. Now our trips to the Outer Banks would be lacking without a stop here. Check it out for yourself!

we went here for some takeout while the kids were enjoying our pool. was a great lunch, but a bit overpriced for wraps and sandwiches. we enjoyed it and will be back for a mid day bite again!

We visited this place for lunch on 2 occasions. Everything was awesome, from the kids chicken tenders to the wraps! The Cajun Chicken sandwich is so delicious. I will definitely go there next time! Service was great, too, we called ahead and it was ready when we arrived.

We recently visited Atlantic Coast Cafe and highly recommend it! My husband and I had their wraps. They were fabulous! Our 2 boys, who are very picky eaters loved their burgers. The nice young man behind the counter was very courteous and helpful. We will certainly go back every time we're in town!
