The Adult Fitness Center is located in the Southern Shores Crossing and is a co-ed adult fitness facility. The simple 30-minute Hydraulic Circuit Training System with Cardio is suited for adults who are 30 years and old.

A wonderful workout

I have gone to plenty of gyms on the Outer Banks and none have done more for me than this gym. I have seen a really positive change in my body. I am feeling terrific and the staff there makes me feel right at home. I have found great new friends at this gym and I can't wait to come in every morning.

Can I take it home with me? It's that great!

I've belonged to 3 gyms at home in Northern VA, and none is nearly as great as this place. The machines are terrific, and you get a really workout in a short time. I wish I could take it home with me. I'd be there every day. The staff is friendly and helpful. It's a real treat! :)
