''I visited Hatteras Gifts & T's this summer and found that it had a large selection of gifts for the whole family. They had beach towels, hats, sunglasses, sarongs, toys, candy, drinks, OBX, HI, Burt's Bees and nice jewelry. I bought some of the beach glass jewelry which is very nice. They also had hermit crabs for the kids. I was very impressed with the variety of merchandise and how nice and helpful they were. I will definately visit them again this year....''

We've been vacationing on Hatteras Island all our lives and visited every shop here but these guys have a great formula. They will talk to you and educate you on the products and I've never seen them be pushy with sales or bad-mouth any other shop (something I have encountered in other shops - boooo) Definitely a place you want to go....''

''As a regular shopper at health food stores, I was delighted to find this one when I moved to Manteo. The service is generally good and they have a decent selection of products. The prices, however, are a bit more than what you will find at similar stores in other areas. They also downsized and got rid of their bulk spice/dry goods section, which was my main reason for going there. While I will shop there if I'm in the area, it's not practical to make a separate trip....''
