The cake was delivered to the restaurant exactly when he promised and it was lovely. These cakes are not your run-of-the-mill chain grocery store cakes. My mother-in-law is from NY and is accustomed to fine Italian bakeries and she, along with everyone else, thought it was delicious....''

''The food was fabulous and well presented. The chef knows how to serve Tuna (our favorite) and he's terrific with shellfish too. Double filtered water, was a pleasant surprise; no chlorine!

The only knock is that the physical surroundings need some fine tuning. The wallpaper is peeling and doesn't blend well with the tongue and groove wood paneling in the nect section. Dry wall joints are separating, obviously due to a moisture problem in the building. This however, did not keep us from enjoyi...''

The crab cakes were mostly bread (prepackaged frozen by Casey's Seafood Newport News, VA). The cocktail sauce on the shelf was outdated (expiration date was 01/28/08), so I had to go to Harris Teeter to get cocktail sauce. The steamed shrimp was average.
Granted today is March 20,2008 and is only their second day open for the season, so I will give them the benefit of a two star rating in...''
