Island Dyes has been on the Outer Banks for over eighteen years and started out as a shop with lots of tie-dyed T-shirts. They now specialize in body piercing, henna tattoos, permanent tattoos, body jewelry and tobacco accessories. And yes, they still have some unique T-shirts too!

The shop in Kill Devil Hills is located on the Beach Road at Mile Post 9.5. Their Salvo location is right on Hwy 12 on Hatteras Island.

went to the salvo shop and was happily surprised to buy great pipe hand blown on property and talked with the artist, nice interesting guy, i was impressed but make sure not to stray to the commerical blown crap all in all great shop

this headshop is crazy over priced,my friend sells them the pipes,for less then 5 dollars,they ripe the public off somthing feirce,charging over 35 dollars for the same pipe.
