My husband had the special which was a summer veggie pie. It was very good as well. Our ten-year old ordered the oyster po' boy and he really enjoyed it. The wait staff was very friendly. All in all it was a lovely lunch on Ocracoke.

| Value: | | Service: | | Food: | | | Clarification | | By Ocracoke Girl's Dad on 7/25/2007 | As ''Ocracoke Girl's'' dad, I feel I must clarify the review entered below under ''awesome''. Mom may have made friend's with a ''dude'' in it - he was our server and a really great guy, but she still went home with me. :) That just didn't sound right, Ocracoke Girl. Now go clean your room!
Seriously, this is by far the best food on the island. As someone else noted, don't be fooled by the appearence. You won't go wrong with any item ordered.

TDF Pain Perdue (French toast), Drum, fried oysters, etc. This is by far the best place to eat on Ocracoke Island. Great service , fun funky decor and very kid friendly. Can't wait to come back.

Baltimore? | | By Returning in '08 on 6/28/2007 | | Where in one place can you get great dishes from the so many coastal cities. We ate there four times in one week. Oyster Po' Boys, Srimp Creole and Grits, Crab Cakes, Fried oyster entree, Inventive salads to die for, and corn crab chowder. Oh yea I forgot the brunch menu with breakfast and lunch items. Yummy

The freshest, most delicous seafood. Try the coconut shrimp and drum. Out of this world! We've been coming to Ocracoke for 30+ years. Best food ever.

The inside isn't all the pretty either, but to me, it lends to the charm of the whole place. We could eat lunch here every day while on the island!
