Cafe Atlantic is a long time favorite for visitors and locals on Ocracoke Island. Serving dinner. The menu features traditional seafood and pasta dishes with an innovative flair. Steaks, chicken, sandwiches, salads and homemade desserts round out the fare.

Nice meal. A little expensive but I think not out of line with rest of prices in restaurants.
Good seafood and vegetables. Would recommend and will go back

Yummmm!

My husband and I dined here while on our honeymoon and had an absolutely delicious meal. The atmosphere and waitstaff were equally impressive. I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting or staying on the island!
