Ocracoke's original waterfront restaurant. Fresh seafood, burgers and mexican food. Terrific sunset view!

This place is really the best place to come and hang out. Really great burgers and the BEST peanut butter pie! We love it here! After we just get off the ferry we always come here! Even before we go to our house! Definitely come here~
We started visiting OBX in 1981 and have returned every summer since then. We started out as 20- something novice campers at the Ocracoke campground and have progressed to 50 year old cottage renters in Buxton. But Ocracoke is where we feel completely at ease and relaxed. We bring our children now (as well as friends and other family members) every year and we always have lunch at the Jolly Roger after our ferry ride from Hatteras. We love the ambiance and the incredible view of the lake! The food is always delicious (I like the fish sandwiches) and the beer is chilled with a floating cup of ice in the pitcher. My kids enjoy watching the ducks and pelicans as they swim in the lake. I can't wait until we return in August. It is worth the 10 hour drive from Philly!!!
This is the place we bragged about for a year to friends & family. The food was AWESOME Huge platter of whole belly fried clams and beer!! We are on our way back at the end of July. We'll see you soon!!!
we come here every year and eat at least 3 times during our stay at OBX. we stay in Frisco so the trip is still worth coming here. We named our puppy Hushpuppy! after your best hushpuppys ever Thanks ,see you this August.
Ate here twice during our stay. Really good wraps for lunch and fried Drum fish for dinner. Mosquitoes were out in force and the server offered (and we gratefully accepted) repellent. Music by Martin Garrish always great.
