Schooner Windfall sails daily from the Community Store dock. 1 hour family pirate cruises with free loot for the kids. Dress like a pirate or come as you Ahrrr! Sunset sails. Food and beverages are welcome but not provided. For schedule information and reservations come to the dock or call Schooner Windfall. Please note that credit cards are not accepted.

We did the sunset trip and thank goodness we had a digital camera with lots of memory. Great views of Silver Lake Cove, the Ocracoke lighthouse, island coast line with its wind swept oak trees and a spectacular sunset that Captain Rob skillfully maneuvered the schooner so that we didn't miss a second of the sun touching the water on the horizon and slowly sinking out of sight.
