Neat (everything has its place) Filthy, just not clean

Upon arrival be prepared to noticed. This family run motel makes you feel like you are back in the neighborhood. They call you by name and are friendly as long as they don't think you are a) breaking rules or b) GOING to break rules. Rough around the edge. Cabin #3 was big and had everything you might need, along with signs to tell you what to do, what not to do and what outlet you can use. The only problem was that the floors are so filthy that they are sticky. Your feet turn black. Beds are comfortable, TV is great, just wear shoes.
