So far, two small diamonds have fallen out. They replaced one for me but put a lesser quality stone in place. I had a trusted jeweler with whom my family has done business with for years inspect the ring, they found cracks in the gold underneath, poor workmanship on the center mounting, and loose stones around the side. I drove back to Dare Jewelers to talk to Nancy and she became very defensive and unwilling to accept what the other jeweler had found. She in no way would guarantee her product or our happiness. In fact she blamed the condition of the ring on my fiancee, which is ridiculous. Be very careful when visiting this store. The so-called on site jeweler is only part time and coming from a professional opinion, does not do high quality work. | |
