Located on the Beach Road at Mile Post 13 ½ in Nags Head, this locally owned shop has everything a surfer needs. Surfboards, skim boards and boogie boards as well as wetsuits are available. Cavalier Surf Shp also has videos, sunglasses, men's and women's clothing and sandals.

This is a great place to shop. Good variety of surf gear and casual wear. The staff is excellent. The size of the place enables great customer service. I stop in and check them out whenever I'm in Nags Head. Highly recommended.

What a great find!

Looking for some surf lessons for my 15 year old daughter - wow was I thrilled with my find. John was the most patient and enthusiastic instructor. Went back to rent the surf board for the rest of the week. All the employees were great in that shop. Very helpful with everything. Thanks for making our first surfing experience such a great one!

I love this surf shop. Everyone there is very helpful and personable. Kenny and John are especially great to talk to. I actually decided to take a surf class with them because of their depth of knowledge, their fantastic personalities, and the excellent rates! I may physically be a small place, but it has impeccable character and heart. I have visited a handful of surf shops in NC and this is my favorite one. You must make time to pay them a visit!

Gives me the feel of the ole days. I was greated and helped buying my new long board after 30+ years. All up-to-date items and solid deals. Always great place to stop buy and check out. Locals are fun to meet and staff always willing to share. Make a point to check-it-out.

I love this surf shop. Marty and Ken are always quick to help. Always finish repairs quickly, and their prices are reasonable. Stop and time that you're driving on the beach road and have some free time.
