We are the largest gym (14,000 sq ft) on the Outer Banks located in Nags Head. We offer great classes through the day and 7 days a week. Some of these classes are Bosu, Spinning, Step, Zumba etc. These classes take place in our great aerobics room. We have a 6 person sauna in each restroom. We offer Tanning for only $20/month for unlimited use (for members only). We have 2 floors with the second floor filled with nothing but great new cardio equipment and a room to do some boxing on a heavy bag and or speed bag. Our facility is kept clean at all times. We offer free towel service. Done working out? You can try the best tasting protein smoothies on the beach at our smoothie bar. We have 4 large plasmas on the 1st floor as well as 4 smaller ones on the 2nd floor. Great sound system to keep you energized for your workout. Our rates are great too and we also accept daily and weekly.
