Great food, small place

The restaurant is extremely small so seating is limited. I recommend you get there early. I had to wait about 40 minutes for a table although the hostess said it would only be a 15-20 minute wait. Hostess not the best at organizing. A table (which would seat four) came available and there was only two in my party. Instead of letting us sit at that time (we were next on the waiting list), she made us wait for a two person only table to come available. In the meantime, she let a group of three guys sit at the available table who had just arrived. Very disappointing on the hostess' part. The food was wonderful and prices were reasonable for the food you get. Waitress was pleasant and other patrons were friendly and talkative. Nice local feel.

Great place!!

Had dinner here tonight after reading reviews here and its a happening place! Went with party of 2 so we skipped the wait and ate at the bar, had conch fritters and the crawfish as appetizers. Very good.
Roasted corn and poblano soup was alos a highlight. Entrees of blackened tuna was good but not as good as the scallops that Shelly had. Great meal - lot of local feel.

Great food!

Unassuming and casual, but don't let the appearance deceive you, this small restaurant is huge on flavor. We went last night and had a great meal. Wednesday nights is sushi night so we tried the rainbow roll with tuna and salmon. It was great. Then I had the Coco Loco Chicken which is a chicken breast rolled in coconut, fried and served with a curry sauce and black beans and rice on the side. Fantastic. We also had the Caribbean Jerk Chicken, which is roasted chicken crispy on the outside and tender on the inside seasoned perfectly. Cold beer, good friends and great food. Fantastic casual restaurant.

Yummy!

Very small restaurant, but we love to go there during the off-season when you can actually get a table. Food is awesome, including my favorite burger anywhere... the Bajan Burger! (Try it!!!) Definitely recommend.

Locals Favorite

My favorite restaurant on the beach. Best atmosphere, music, wait staff. Nacho's & conch fritters are the best appetizers. Excellent nightly specials, kudo's to the creativity of the chef.

There's a reason that from May to Oct you see people sitting in the parking lot waiting for a table. If you plan to go after 5pm, plan on waiting...alot. This place is a dump, but in a good way, the kind of place you might find at home..you know..old tables, crowded, but with some of the best food around. This place doesn't spend a penny on decor, they apparently put it in the food quality, prep and service. If you can stand the wait or visit off season, this is a great place to try
