Service and food grand!!! Coffee was devine. It was a lovely dinner from beginning to end. Well worth the price. Taste buds were awakened. Ambiance just right for the ocean vacation. We were treated very nicely from going in the door to leaving. Made the evening so special. I went for the lobster bisque and was not disappointed, going for the crabcakes this year, kept with the steak last year. All prepared to perfection. Don't forget the after dinner coffee and sweets. Hope you enjoy as we did. | |

True story. Where do I begin? Waiter was inexperienced and service was bad. Food was mediocre at best. We had an almost raw hamburger delivered to the table for our child. When we asked for a properly cooked one - we received attitude from the manager and the owner's daughter. We never received it and then asked that it be removed from the bill. The owner's daughter came to the table and actually said ''you got your f------ hamburger''. This was said to us with our child there and other children in the vicinity. We were very polite about the bad service and the raw burger up until that point. We were treated like typical tourists. We are not and will never be back. Pick another one of the great restaurants on the OBX. Don't waste your time and money here. | |

My wife and I came back to our beach house for vacation and ate there. It was the best food ever. I live in Atlanta so we get great food often. Owens' is the best I've had. Will go back forever. | |

It is by no means cheap, but always has a wide variety of the best food and absolutely stellar service. My favorite dish by far is Miss O's Crabcakes ... they're the best crabcakes I've ever had, and I'm from Maryland! | |
