Butcher Block is a new meat market and deli on the Outer Banks, serving fresh, made to order sandwiches, lunch specials, soups and salads daily. Cut to order meats of the highest quality are sold including steaks, short ribs, homemade sausage, pork chops and much more.

Best Steaks at the beach

The Butcher Block is the ONLY place to buy steaks at the beach. The quality is unmatched by anyone else here. Excellent service and an ultra clean shop. They also are the only Boar's Head Deli in Nags Head. You've gotta try this place. The sandwiches are awsome. Great job Butcher Block!

My wife and I had guests over for dinner and bought filet mignon at the Butcher Block. The meat was absolutely tender and better than any steakhouse on the East Coast. Try the sandwiches too!!

This place has great cut-to-order meats! The sausage, barbeque, deserts and ''sides'' like potato salad and slaw are all home-made. The deli products and sandwiches are first rate and daily lunch specials are really good. Help from the friendly owner/staff adds to making you want to do business with them. But what really keeps us going back is the quality of the meats! I've lived and shopped in this area for about 40 years and can't recall a meat market of this quality.

We had lunch from them today. Really excellent sandwiches. You can find the usual type of thing but with a twist. They are where Lou's Deli used to be (for you locals). Good stuff.
