A good place for the price. The rooms are small & obviously filled with old things. The room got very cold cos it was so small & the window unit was big. Even tho it was July, we were able to sleep with the AC off at night. Very convenient to all the areas shows. The lady at the office was very friendly & helpful. However, the parking can be tough. Even tho there is a spot for each room, some people have more then one vehicle per room plus, the owner likes to park in space #4 which makes them park in anothers spot which then snowballs. The chairs on the porch were nice to sit in in the evening before the mosquitos came out. Overall, a good place for the price if you don't intend to spend alot of time in the room.
