WHAT A BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO BE

if you are looking for modern don't go here but if you are looking for atmosphere,romance,grander,beautiful antiques,a bath in every room( rare for a bed and breakfast) southern hospitality in a beautiful tutor style town then you must visit the White Doe Inn.... you will not regret your visit

Lovely but bad breakfasts

This is one lovely and romantic place. Unfortunately, heavy and too sweet breakfasts, lowlighted by runny grits and canned fruit, were ill-suited for hot summer mornings. These almost inedible breakfasts greatly inflated the cost of staying here and we would be extremely unlikely to return.
