Island Accents is located in The Waterfront Shops in ''downtown'' Manteo. They have beautiful glass sea life creations, metal art jewelry, pottery and a nice selection of John Perry sculptures mounted on Mazanita wood. Other unique gift items include lighthouses embedded in laser cut crystal.
