''Staying at the Cameron House Inn was the best experience we had on the Outer Banks. The outdoor fireplace on the back porch and the beautiful rooms in the arts and crafts style were great. And in addition to a very nice innkeeper, we were made to feel at home by their wonderful ''porch cats''.
Best of all though was the location in Manteo. Out of the rat race and within walking distance of the wonderful shops and restaurants in the historic district.

If you need flowers this it the place to be, there were hydrangeas, calla lilies,tulips,agapanthus,orchids, protea and the list went on and on. So I go in to his shop I was not prepared for the variety of gifts, art, home decor, jewelry, wood carvings and lots more. Not only did I send flowers, I found a pair of lamps for our cottage. You have got to see this....''
