The Island Medical Center is open from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. On Wednesdays, they are open from 8:30 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. The center is across the street from the Elizabethan Inn in Manteo.

Dr. Farrow and staff provide family medical care. Some lab work is done on site and X-ray services are available.
