''Staying at the Cameron House Inn was the best experience we had on the Outer Banks. The outdoor fireplace on the back porch and the beautiful rooms in the arts and crafts style were great. And in addition to a very nice innkeeper, we were made to feel at home by their wonderful ''porch cats''.
Best of all though was the location in Manteo. Out of the rat race and within walking distance of the wonderful shops and restaurants in the historic district.

''The F.I.N.S.S.S. have fished with the DOGHOUSE in the Alice Kelly Ladies Billfishing Tournament for the past 2 years. The 1st year we did not do very well; however, '07 was a different story. We released 1 blue marlin estimated at 400 lbs. and 1 white marlin 70 lbs. It's the luck of the draw!!
