March of Dimes- Walk America 2008When: Saturday, May 17, 2008 Where: Outdoor Pavilion at Roanoke Island Festival Park The March of Dimes will sponsor this event. Registration at 8:00 a.m. and the walk begins at 9:00 a.m. The five-mile walk takes participants through historic Manteo, followed by a picnic.
