Finding Neverland on the Big Outdoor ScreenWhen: Saturday, August 02, 2008 Where: Outdoor Pavilion at Roanoke Island Festival Park Finding Neverland is a tale of magic and fantasy inspired by the life of James Barrie, the author of the children's classic, Peter Pan. The film is a fictional account of Barrie's creative journey to bring Peter Pan to life, from his first inspiration for the story to the play's premiere at the Duke of York's Theatre. Starring Johnny Depp and Kate Winslet, Finding Neverland was nominated for seven Oscars and winner of Best Original Score. Rain location for this event is inside the Film Theater. Admission is free.
