Rats that can tap dance! An unscrupulous mayor! Can the Pied Piper save the town? NCSA's School of Drama proudly presents the North Carolina debut of this delightful family musical. The Pied Piper is hip; the rock music, cool; the rats, hilarious; the kids, precocious; and the lyrics, powerful! This fun-filled musical was written and directed by Gerald Freedman, Broadway Producer and Dean of NCSA's School of Drama. Will you follow the Pied Piper? To begin you must Take One Step! TIP: Pack a picnic and a camera and come early for pre-show entertainment by the cast! By Gerald Freeman and John Morris, directed by Gerald Freeman and Kelly Maxner. The rain location for this event is inside the Film Theater. Admission is free.
