Argyles Restaurant and Piano Bar has been providing excellent service and fine dining on the Outer Banks for over 14 years. It provides a lovely setting for a romantic dinner for two, or a perfect venue for friends to get together. The food is creative and and the menu varied. Enjoy an evening listening to the Baby Grand Piano while you dine in a relaxed and warm setting.

This Outer Banks restaurant is a wonderful place to have a wedding, reception or rehearsal dinner and you can be assured that every detail will be taken care of.

The food was fabulous and well presented. The chef knows how to serve Tuna (our favorite) and he's terrific with shellfish too. Double filtered water, was a pleasant surprise; no chlorine!

The only knock is that the physical surroundings need some fine tuning. The wallpaper is peeling and doesn't blend well with the tongue and groove wood paneling in the nect section. Dry wall joints are separating, obviously due to a moisture problem in the building. This however, did not keep us from enjoying a truly great meal.

My wife and I highly recommend Argyle's.

We love Argyles! PJ and Debra are absolutely wonderful and the food is truly wonderful as well! Make a reservation for the best evening you'll have at a restaurant in the OBX! Don't pass on the desserts!!

Great Atmosphere, lighting and piano music are a definate plus! Argyles is a great restaurant. They have a diverse menu including seafood, steak, pasta and more. They are kid friendly. They have an extensive wine closet and a full bar that features many martinis. Reservations are definately recommended as they have limited seating.

The restuarant itself is quaint and warm, atmosphere is inviting. The food, as described in their menu, are definetly plates of art. The servers are professional, attentive, informative and warm. Best martini bar I've ever visited, bartender has a special talent. What better to enhance this experience than the background music of their very talented pianist. Definetly a must in your Outerbanks experience!!!

I you want to take me on a date and impress me, this is the place that will do it. In my opinion, the prime rib is the best in the OBX. The duck is very good too and you have to get the oysters rockerfeller. This is one of the best places out here for a romatic dinner.
