Awesome!

I have been going to Knuckle Up now for about one year. I guess I could say it has been life changing. I look forward to every class and even have to make myself stay home sometimes to give my body a break. Knuckle Up has not only been beneficial to me by helping me lose weight and tone up, it has also helped me just feel an all over since of accomplishment that I can do this at my age (over 40). The instructors are friendly and knowledgeable. It does not matter what your fitness level is they will make you feel right at home. Come try it out. You want be sorry, you'll be fit!

Training at its Best!

It's taken me long time to get around to joining Knuckle Up, but now that I have, I know it's the best decision I could have made. The instructors are friendly, motivational, and very helpful. They have no problem to teaching a class to many different levels of students, both male and female. They are also always available to answer questions or teach a private class that fits your schedule. I love this gym and would suggest to everyone to give it a try. Once they do, they will relize how much fun it can be to learn a new sport and get in shape!!!!

Im not a member of this particular location (member in Sandy Springs, GA)...but the service and value of the gym is amazing. The classes are intense and the staff is motivation. You are promised a good workout at any of these facilites!! I love this gym!
