Max's Real Bagels & Deli offers breakfast and lunch and is open 7 days a week. You can take your food to go or eat in the restaurant, and choose between a variety of sandwiches, homemade cream cheese spreads, salads by the pound and gourmet coffees. Their smoked salmon is imported from Norway (cold smoked with brown sugar and salt) and they claim their Smoked Whitefish Salad is the best on the East Coast! Cream cheese is prepared daily and is pre softened with fresh veggies, scallions, jalepenos, honey, raisins, or Smoked Salmon. Soup is served Monday through Friday from October 1st until May 1st. Bagels, wheat rolls, baguettes, white, wheat, and rye bread is available.

Most of my time is spent working in the Bahamas and the first thing I do on arrival home is ask my wife to take me to Maxs. If anyone knows of a better place let me know because in my humble opinion this place will yake some beating. | |
