Fresh food served with a tropical flair! IanJay Cafe in Kitty Hawk features homemade salads, soups, Baja style tacos, quesadillas and Cali style big burritos. They also offer a selection of hot pressed sandwiches. The fish selection changes depending on what is fresh and you can order it blackened, grilled or fried.

Delivery is available from Mile Post 1 in Kitty Hawk to Mile Post 10 in Kill Devil Hills. This local favorite is open all year and is located at Mile Post 4 ½ on the Bypass.

Have had food delivered 3 times and it was always fast and very good; prices are great.

I could not believe that I had not heard of this place before; since it has been open for a year. Went for lunch and it was excellent. Very, very casual atmosphere, only a few tables and you order at the register. Food was very fresh, and very tasty. They do deliver which is a plus. Will most def. go here again and will recommend.
