Smoky and rude!

We had heard so many good things from our wedding planner regarding Ocean Wreath Florist. This little old sweet lady walks out smelling like a tobacco factory and you can hear snide comments coming from some raspy voiced woman. We were immediately ''turned off'' by the smell and I think she could sense it. She poured on the southern charm, but it came off as very fake. I am sure she was really good ''in her day'', but how sad to have walked into such a dismal situation. I am sure she is probably good at what she does, but the cigarette smoke, attitude, etc. was such a turnoff!!!!!
