Made my vacation

My wife and I took a V-day trip up to the Outer Banks we stayed in KDH and went searching for a bite the night we drove in. ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Everything was great. We went back our second night as well and again perfect again. The two best meals I have ever had under $30. I will visit the OBX again just to eat at JK's.

My Favorite Restaurant

You can't miss this Restaurant. Soups, Salads, Steaks and other Entrees are all outstanding. The hardest part is choosing. I have never had a meal I did not rave about. So delicious. I go every time I am in the OBX. Ribs are unmatched anyplace else! Expansive Wine List will impress even the pickiest Wineauxs out there!

Best Steak in NC

Without a doubt the best steak I have had in NC. What a surprise! I have eaten all over the USD and Europe and I was apprehensive about buying a filet and spending top dollar only to be disappointed again. I was so impressed I asked about their source and now I know why it was so good. Aged Midwestern Beef from a top producer. Fantastic!

Hands Down - Hubby's Favorite Spot on OBX!

This restaurant is hands-down my husband's favorite (one of my top 3 as well). Their steaks can not be matched on OBX. Excellent service. Only slight bump - childs menu is not so hot. Other than that - it will become one of your favorites too!

I discovered this gem on my honeymoon a few years ago and have to keep coming back every time that I hit the beach. Sometimes I just travel the hundred miles to the OBX just to visit JKs. It is a must on every food lover's list.

Have not eaten here in a while (it is not inexpensive... but worth every penny) but it is one of the best restaurants on the beach. Fantastic steaks.......great wait staff.....a meal you will remember
