being from nj, i was expecting custard out of a machine. the girl looked at me funny when i asked for a twist...lol. the regular has 2 scoops. my son got 1 chocolate & 1 vanilla and i just got vanilla. it was delicious!!! the chocolate wasn't as good. i saw the sign on the side of the building later that had the flavor list (but never saw it at the order area). i wanted to try the coconut but never got a chance to go back. very tasty, i recommend it!

Some of the best burgers and steak sandwiches we've ever had. Fries were okay too, but the burgers were great.

This place is great. Every time we come down to the OBX, its the first place we hit. The food is quality and frozen custard is the best on the entire east coast. I think they have a place on the west coast...wish they were in NY.

Best on the beach... runs circles around Dairy Queen and Sonic. Well worth the wait in line. A little pricey, but you'll enjoy your money's worth!
