The Outer Banks Daredevils is a local baseball team that is a member of the Coastal Plain League. Home games are played at First Flight High School in Kill Devil Hills. The Daredevils are proud to be an active league in the Outer Banks and enjoy support from fans, parents, locals and more! Many locals sponsor the team's players, who live with them during the baseball season.

Nice to see a winning team

We are summer residents in Nags Head. Decided to take in a game with several friends, all of us eligible for the ''senior discount'' tickets. One of our number is a great Boston Red Sox fan, and was delighted to see that Kevin Youkilis played in the Coastal Plain League just a few years ago. You never know if you're watching a future great in this league! We had a fun time, the team won, ''Homer'' the wild pony mascot amused the kids seated around us, and we enjoyed watching the ''Howl at the Moon'' contest as the beautiful full moon rose directly in front of us.

The team publicists have something going on for every game, be it ''Ladies Night'' or a local bookstore supporting literacy or ''Faith and Family'' or several other fun events. Lots of activities, good baseball, and delightful Carolina weather - doesn't get much better than this.

A nice time

having a baseball nut of a husband, i thought this would be fun to do. it was only $10 for the 2 of us (my kids-3 &5-were free). they had moonbounces for the kiddies and there was a little snack stand as well. it is a very ''hometown'' type of experience. it's good for kids of all ages! ;-)
