Reservations issues

We booked a room here, but the clerk did not write it down, nor run the credit card number provided to her. When we arrived on Saturday to check-in, there were no room available at the Inn. There were no rooms available at all on Hatteras and we were traveling with 2 small children. We were left stranded because of a clerk without any common sense.

Outstanding Charm & Value!

This quaint Inn has the warmth and charm of an era long gone. Perfect for honeymooners, anniveraries, or a romantic get away, as well as a small group. Each room and suite are furmished in antiques with a decorative theme. A grand piano sits near the fireplace, in the first level lounge, for anyone to play a tune on! The upstairs lounge offers more of a private setting with plenty to read, another fireplace, and access to the covered deck with a quiet, wooded view. The rates were very reasonable and the inn keepers wonderful! The Hatteras Village area is as relaxed and layed back as the Inn. Being close to the beach, boating, shopping, restaurants and the ferry to Ocracke was a nice treat as well. I recommend the Seaside Inn to anyone traveling through Hatteras! You will not be disapointed!
