This 75-foot head boat makes daily trips to the fishing grounds, with individuals paying by the head or a per-person fee to go along. All the gear and tackle you'll need is provided. The Miss Hatteras takes full-day trips to the Gulf Stream and half-day trips to wrecks to bottom fish for bluefish, trout, sea bass, flounder and more. Reservations are required. Call for prices and times. Also at Oden's Dock is the Little Clam, a 42-foot boat that makes inshore and nearshore fishing trips for Spanish and king mackerel and other fish.

Always FUN

Been on Miss Hatteras at least twice a year for last 7 years. Always fun - sometimes fish - every once in a while lots of fish. Thats why it`s called fishing not catching. NetLEE and KP are always helpful and great mates. Although I do miss Dave`s antics. Best bang for the buck on the Banks

Best Bang for Your Buck

The fall mackeral trip is not to be missed. This is the greatest one day's fishing one can experience in a lifetime.The boat,mates and Capt.Stowe are funny and 1st class all the way. The price is ridiculosly cheap for what you receive in return.
This trip starts 11-1 and goes to 12-15. Try it--you'll be hooked for life. Jim from W.Va.

I go out on the Miss Hatteras at least once a year, it is always fun and we usually catch a bunch of fish! The all day trip is usually better - Great value, great crew

Great Experience, well worth the $$

Went out Aug/Sept 06 for half day trips each, didn't really catch anything (tropical storm Ernesto moving in). Went out Oct 06 for full day, cleaned house! Tons of red snapper, some black sea bass, including one citation sea bass. Caught some shark, etc. The whole boat caught a lot and had a ball. The crew is awesome and cater to everyone. Plan on going three different full day trips in a few weeks (Sept 08) Not the captain's fault if the fish aren't biting. (Hint, take the full day trip, they go further from shore because they have the time so you're in deeper water)

Good Time...Great Crew...worth the $$

I am no expert fisherman, took my 12 year old. They cater to you, show the kids the catch.

Miss Hatterras party boat head boat

Went out on this boat 5 times over the past 5 yrs, very little fish each time out.Capt Stowe will say ''The wind and currents were not cooperating today'' .The crew was very friendly but we wanted fish to take back.Most of the people on our trip this last time had 2 -4 fish on average.We had 1 keeper all day (lots of little fish).Spend a few more dollars and get a make up charter well worth the extra $$.The charter next to us had a ton of fish .

There was some fish caught but not a whole lot I had a great time. This was my first time on Miss Hatteras and I have already planned on another trip in October. The mates K.P. and Natalie as well as Captin Stowe were very helpful when it come to anything that you needed. It was more than worth the money to me, I had a great time and caught some fist.

The best for less

When fishing with Captin Stowe and mates Natalie & K.P. not only
do have a grate time and catch plenty of fish. The family can have a life time of memories at a price you can afford.

Although the fish were not cooperating (with me), the trip was great! Natalie, K.P. & Captain Stowe are friendly, hardworking and just plain fun to be with!
I will definitely try the ''Miss Hatteras'' again, she is a beautiful boat with a superb crew.

As a 1st time visitor to the Nag's Head area, I had to make MANY calls to find the right type of boat for the fishing I wanted to do - however, once I found the Miss Hatteras, I knew that I had found the BEST!!! Do not miss this opportunity!!!

Not to be missed. Not only is the boat beautiful and clean, the crew is fantastic and work very hard every day to find the fish! Captain Spurgeon Stowe and mates Natalie and K.P. are courteous, professional, and funny ... If you don't like to fish you should try out the evening dolphin and sunset nature cruises.
