(Our server mispronounced Alsace.) We love food and wine, and delight in hearing exactly how a Truchard Carneros Merlot brings out the best in beef tenderloin tournados. Alas, we will never know. We do know that a sommelier beats a wine list housed in a three ring binder any day of the week. They are serious about the 6 pm and 8:15 pm seatings. We asked for a 6:30 reservation but were told our choices were 6 pm or 8:15. We were the only customers in the main dining room until 7:30 - on a Saturday night. And our server pushed us through 5 of the 6 courses by 7:15 pm. Our last course was plunked down at 7:30, followed shortly by the check - that included a 20% gratuity on both the meal and the tip. Our recommendation - save your money.

I found found myself engulfed in it rather than paying attention to the others at the table. After some hard decisions, I settled on a Chambolle Musigny for the first courses and a wonderful Rhone Valley wine for the main course - an amazing prime rib. Highly recommend to all wine and food lovers...
