We found this place a couple years ago and now make sure we eat here a couple times through out the week. The food is always fantastic, not cheap, but you are on vacation, splurge. Sunset views are a topper to a wonderful meal.

The Best

This is the best. Food is great. I eat here every visit to Duck and have never been disappointed. When the whole (big) family is here each August, all the adults go to the Blue Point and I've never heard anything but raves.

classiest romantic restaurant on OBX!!

My wife and I always plan a night at the Blue Point. This the closest thing to a real gourmet NYC restaurant located in a vacation paradise. Highly recommend trying their ecclectic menu. A bit pricey but worth it for those who love well prepared food. Great views of the bay, try to book at sunset. I enjoyed their jumbo lump crabcakes and my wife had the scallops n pasta dish.
