Many homes feature amenities such as private pools, theatre rooms, hot tubs and more. Large subdivisions under the management of Village Realty include the Village at Nags Head, Villas on the Roanoke Sound, Corolla Light and The Currituck Club. Complete golf packages featuring 6 excellent Outer Banks courses are also available. Mini Vacations, 3 night stays, are offered in some homes.

We all had a wonderful experience at the Glad Tiding (K-09) home this past week 12/21/-12/28. The home is one to remember and had plenty of room for all to enjoy. Not at any time during our stay did anyone feel as if they were crowding on each other. All amenities were great including the kitchen, elevator, king size beds, indoor swimming pool, home theater, all were there for our enjoyment. The pictures on the website are just like the actual vacation home. The staff was kind, friendly, quick, and concern that our comfort was there key mission. I would not have any reservations about coming back again for another wonderful stay. | |

I would say that everything exceeded our expectations. I know you had nothing to do with the weather, but it was perfect. The house was ready early (giving us a little extra beach time). The house was extremely clean & decorated as we expected by the pictures. Everyone was very friendly. Our family refers to the house as ''our beach house''. We are definitely planning to be back--many times. | |

They are friendly, laid back, and the homes are always clean and as advertised. We had a minor problem with the last home we rented and we were reimbursed promptly (check was in our mailbox when we got home from vacation). We particuarly like staying in the Curritck Club, where their Corolla office is located. | |

Would not use any other Realty. Staff extremely friendly and the homes are always updated and maintained. During our last stay, my son's friend lost his camera at the Fitness Center. It was located and then returned by a lovely staff member at the Corolla Office! Not only are we OBX Hooked but we are Village Realty Hooked. | |

She wasn't feeling very well and needed to be in an air conditioned environment where she could lay down. The previous renters left late and our house was therefore scheduled for a later cleanning, which is to be expected. When we explained the situation to them, they moved up the cleaning crew and allowed her to stay on the top floor to rest while they finished the house. From the first time I contacted the staff at Village Realty to make my reservation in September 2006, to our dealings with them in August 2007, they have been very pleasant and very accommodating. We have dealt with two other rental agencies in the past and the Village Realty has been the best from their staff to their cleaning crew and maintenance crew. We will use them for our next family vacation in 2009. | |

It had a link to all the homes that were available the week we wanted and that had the amenities we were looking for. What a time saver!
