In May of 08 my husband and I were married at the Village beach Club and stayed at a house on the golf course for out honeymoon. What a great way to start our life together! The service is great and the homes are always so nice. Needless to say we will be returning this year for our 1 year anniversary. Thanks Village Realty for so many wonderful memories! | |

The house was beautiful, excellent view of the ocean and wonderfully maintained for my father who is handicap. Scale of 1 to 10 the house was a 10. THANK YOU!!! C you guys again next year. Whether it was renting in season or off the staff at Village Realty have been very professional and great to work with. We have rented a 4 bedroom unit (July 2008) as well as a 11 bedroom house (Jan 2007) from Village Realty. The houses we have rented have all been in great condition and fully equiped with everything we would need. The staff was very helpful in finding the perfect rentals for our group. On the days of check in we were greeted in a very pleasant manner and all our questions were answered. The website is also very informative and easy to navigate. We will continue to use Village Realty and we can't wait until next years vacation rental! Thank you to Village Realty for making our vacation relaxing and comfortable! | |

We've only rented from Village Realty two of those years. The first time the experience was fine..the house was new and we had no issues. This time was another story. The house was an expensive 11 bedroom house on the beach and many things were broken, disgusting or in disrepair. Here is the list: smell of cat urine in 2 of the bedrooms, broken deck boards, nails sticking out of deckboards and chairs, broken deck chairs, broken nautilus equipment, broken A/C (3 different times), broken hot tub jets, broken water purifier, ants, towel bars falling out of walls. I don't expect to go on vacation and have a laundry list of problems. I went on vacation to relax. Village Realty's response when I told them about all of the issues was sorry, we came when you called...well yes, but we were constantly waiting around for repair people, made a total of 6 phone calls to report problems and we were so sick of all the problems.. we gave up. I will never rent from them again... | |

Unfortunately, things do go wrong and we do our best to respond to problems as quickly as possible. Since we have ''in house'' maintenance technicians and housekeeping on staff, we feel we were able to address your issues in a timely manner. We all had a wonderful experience at the Glad Tiding (K-09) home this past week 12/21/-12/28. The home is one to remember and had plenty of room for all to enjoy. Not at any time during our stay did anyone feel as if they were crowding on each other. All amenities were great including the kitchen, elevator, king size beds, indoor swimming pool, home theater, all were there for our enjoyment. The pictures on the website are just like the actual vacation home. The staff was kind, friendly, quick, and concern that our comfort was there key mission. I would not have any reservations about coming back again for another wonderful stay. | |

She wasn't feeling very well and needed to be in an air conditioned environment where she could lay down. The previous renters left late and our house was therefore scheduled for a later cleanning, which is to be expected. When we explained the situation to them, they moved up the cleaning crew and allowed her to stay on the top floor to rest while they finished the house. From the first time I contacted the staff at Village Realty to make my reservation in September 2006, to our dealings with them in August 2007, they have been very pleasant and very accommodating. We have dealt with two other rental agencies in the past and the Village Realty has been the best from their staff to their cleaning crew and maintenance crew. We will use them for our next family vacation in 2009. | |

It had a link to all the homes that were available the week we wanted and that had the amenities we were looking for. What a time saver!
