''My family and I have spent many Christmas weeks at the Outer Banks. We all had a wonderful experience at the Glad Tiding (K-09) home this past week 12/21/-12/28. The home is one to remember and had plenty of room for all to enjoy. Not at any time during our stay did anyone feel as if they were crowding on each other. All amenities were great including the kitchen, elevator, king size beds, indoor swimming pool, home theater, all were there for our enjoyment. The pictures on the website are...''
''What happened to the southern charm? She acted as though she didn't have time for any questions I had. Well, I don't have time for rudeness and took my business elsewhere. Apparently, she doesn't need any more business!...''
''I went to the Stripers Bar and Grille in Manteo and the food was great. Lots of specials, very fresh fish and seafood and a terrific view of the water. Afterwards we took a walk on the docks. Would recommend...''
''We decided to rent a jeep and see the horses on the last full day of our trip and we are so glad we did. The 2 1/2 hours went buy too fast. The beach ride was rough at first, but we quickly got the hang of it. We saw the horse on our first stop. The pictures we got were tremendous. We stopped to see Libba as well. Her museum and gift shop is well worth stopping for. We picked up a few souvenirs and buckled up for the ride back down the beach. The Staff could not be more friendly and they...''

Pick up some of the homemade salsa for your house. Great Cheese assortment, with crackers, toppings, etc. Desserts are to die for! Visit the wine shop. They are very helpful, and have a nice assortment. We have also used them for cottage gift baskets - which are very nice - or, you can order a gift basket to take home as a gift from O...''
''This house reminded me alot of the Biltmore House in Asheville. Not in size but in the grandeur of the house itself, how modern it was for it's time. It had an elevator, a refrigerator in the kitchen and central heat throughout most of the house. During the audio tour, you get to see many rooms in the house including the bedrooms of Mr and Mrs Knight. The bathrooms were plumbed for fresh and saltwater and Mrs Knight's bathroom had a bidet. This is one of the few homes on the Outer Banks that has...''
