The owners are always there to talk to the customers and the service is great! All of the staff was so friendly and welcoming and they made us feel so comfortable. Sundogs also has great entertainment every sinlge night and if you like sports, they always have several games on their new flat screens. The food is also great with plenty of choices for the whole family. I would recommend this establisment for any family visitng Corolla. | |

We're Bucs fans first, so that was our main priority, but a well-rounded bar was going to make me very happy. I noticed Sundogs listed as a sports bar and thought we would ''try'' it out, and possibly have to turn around and quickly head 25 miles south if we were let down. With the fact that this bar is primarily a Steelers bar (there were plenty of them, but I've always like Steelers fans), I wasn't too certain they'd be able to pull through for us. We walked in, I asked the guy behind the bar if we could see the game and where we should sit. He told us anywhere was fine and we sat down. Lo and behold, shortly after 1:00pm, he starts adjusting all of the televisions and double-checking with the people sitting in front of them. Everyone was happy. They had their team right in front of 'em! We ordered a pitcher (believe me, it's worth the extra $3-4 to upgrade to Dead Guy Ale... an excellent beer on tap made me feel at home), some grub, and enjoyed the game. It was in this timeframe when I started to realize that the one lonely guy behind the bar was doing EVERYTHING in the room. Obviously, someone was cooking in the back, but this guy covered the whole room! It wasn't an easy task! Food came out in an appropraite amount of time (the Buffalo Chicken Wraps were spicy and delicious) and we enjoyed our game until the Bucs faltered. I still was blown away with the quality and the service of the place and would recommend everyone to go there. Well, there were a few too many Eagles fans walking in as we were walking out, but don't hold it against the place! Definitely head up to Corolla for the next game! | |

Man, were we pleasantly surprised when we were there over Easter!! They have done a total remodel and the change is amazing, Jimmy Buffet would love it!! Same great food and service but now there is even more family friendly room and a greater bar area for later, when the kids are in bed. More TV's for all those games, a more open stage area for the live bands. Very impressed. Don't pass it up with or without the kids!!! | |

Besides the great food, they had live entertainment every night, to include a comedy night. I highly recommend to all visitors to Corolla, NC. | |
