I personally open the door every morning and, especially in the summer, we open on time. I can guarantee that we didn't open at 11:15. Perhaps your watches were off and we were, in fact open, but did not turn on the open sign. That's happened a few times where we open, but forget to turn on the open sign. I dug out our credit card receipts for that day and found that our first credit card transaction took place at 11:07, thus proving we were open. I think what really happened is that we just simply didn't turn on the open sign. However, we never open early because we are crowded immediately and we need to finish prep before opening to handle the amount of business we receive in July. This was a simple matter of our watches and clocks not agreeing. I'm sorry that you did not get a chance to try our food. We get lots of rave reviews and compliments. Next time your down, please try again. Don't mind introducing yourself to us as the person that left the comment about a late opening and the meal will be on us. We would love to have you as our customers and we're sorry this happened. We know that if you got a chance to try us, you'd be very satisfied. Thanks, and sorry again for the trouble. | |

The store sign said it opened at 11:00 am. Apparently that was not strictly enforced. We were about 2 minutes early, so we waited. And we waited. And we waited. There was what I can only presume was an employee inside and he did notice our presence. We decided to check out a store nearby and give him a few more minutes to open. We came back at about 11:15. They were still not open. My wife knocked on the door and one individual inside stared at her obviously irritated and WALKED AWAY! I write this review not knowing anything about the food or the remainder of the staff, however I hope for this establishment's sake, they deal with the person involved with opening the shop on that day. | |
