Not a vacation atmosphere

You have to drive down a garbage-lined street and past severalfilthy houses and dodge potholes, past groups ofHispanic older boys ---they yelled curse words as we went by---(we didn't dare walk to the tshirt shop or seafood store down this street.)to get anywhere...not comfortable...we had to chase the boys away from our rental one night...it is a shame we had to lock up our boogie boards and beach stuff. The cottage may be close to the beach but the access and atmosphere is less than desireable.

We have been frequent visitors to the Avon Cottages for several years. Location is easily accessible to all necessities, but beach and dunes are right in front of the cottages. Owners are very accommodating, houses are updated inside but appear to be rugged! This is an ideal beach vacation spot.
