The Village Grocery is a one-stop-shop that carries everything a regular grocery store does, plus items hard to find on Hatteras Island such as Boars Head Deli meats, gourmet cheeses and spices, as well as specialty desserts and coffees. We want the experience to be pleasant so customers come back again and again,'' said Dixon.The Village Grocery is open from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. seven days a week and is located next to Kinnakeet Corner in Avon.
