Studio 12 is a great place to bring the whole family to have some creative fun. With our pottery create your own unique, hand painted souvenir. You can paint your own pottery which is then glazed and fired or you can do mosiacs! Pottery classes, gifts and take-home kits are available.

All ages are welcome and you do not need reservations, unless you are taking a class. The staff of studio 12 are friendly, and super about helping you with what ever you are creating -- even if you do not have any artistic ability!

We needed a good diversion for the kids on a rainy beach day and came across an add for this store. The kids absolutely loved it. The staff was so nice and helpful and we can't wait until our next visit.

I was totally surprised and pleased by the works of art in a variety of mediums. Something for every taste! A must visit shop! Staff was very welcoming and helpful - made the visit a joy!

Best on the Banks

We live on the Outer Banks, and each year my daughters paint a coffee cup for their dad's birthday. We drive 45 miles to go to Studio 12 because we like it so much more than any other pottery studio around!!!

A great experience!! We were on vacation on the outerbanks and found this paint your own pottery shop and decided to go in to check it out. The lady running the store was very helpful, friendly and great with kids. We ended up spending the whole afternoon painting a few pieces each. When we picked up our pottery, it looked great. wow what a wonderful experinece. I highly recommend it to anyone old and young.''

Our family was so relaxed after spending time painting at STUDIO 12! The staff were really helpful and friendly. We use the mugs everyday that we painted last year, and this year we made dinner plates. Visitng Studio 12 is now a family tradition!
