It was wonderful. Being right on the beach with private access made it convenient and it also made for an outstanding view. The pool was small, but perfect for floating in. It was completely empty when I went that evening. The service was fine. I never had an issue with my room, so I never had to contact the staff. It would be perfect for a week-long vacation at the beach. This is definitely somewhere I will stay again. In fact, we're already planning our next trip to the Suites!

I recently had the pleasure of spending a few days at the Surf Suites in Wrightsville Beach. The staff is very friendly and the service was great. The suites are very nice and the views of both the waterway from the bedroom and the ocean from the main room / balcony are amazing. I would recommend the Surf Suites to anyone looking for a great, convenient place to stay in Wrightsville Beach.

We were given a rate of $79 for an ocean front, so we stayed. The first night we were on the 4th floor - everything looked almost new and was very clean. When you walk into the room there is a hallway.
On the right is the door to the bedroom with one queen bed. Next is the bathroom which opens to both the hallway and the bedroom. At the end of the hall is a large open room. There is a couch, chair, coffee table and 2 side tables. Along one wall is the kitchen with a dining table and 3 more chairs. The kitchen has a full size fridge, stove w/ oven, sink and microwave. There is even a dishwasher.
We checked out on Friday morning because we thought we would stay downtown. We ended coming back and checking in for 2 more nights at a rate of $99 per night. This time we were on the 3rd floor. The only difference is that the bedroom was larger and had a bigger closet.
The staff was very friendly and this is a very well run property. We can't wait to come back!
