I purchased two sets of booties. When winter came around I pulled opened the boxes to find that the sizing was not matching on one of the boxes. I went to get an exchange and they acted as though I was trying a scam. I reminded them that I had bought a $600 surfboard earlier that year. The story did not change and they gave no ground.
