Dirty - Cockroach lying dead in restaurant. Chairs in hotel room stained and dirty. Carpet torn in bedroom. Comforters had holes in them. Bedroom ceiling was peeling. Ceiling tiles falling down over Ice Machines.
Service - Asked for extra towels and was told there was noone who could deliver them to the room. Had to go to reception and pick them up.
Location - Close to busy road & shops. Not very pretty.
Value - Had a lot better for the money.

Do not stay here!

Very dirty and run down. This hotel is neglected and the management does not care about your needs!Stale food, dirty rooms, gross! It should be condemned. Homeless people with grocery carts as suitcases were checking in at the same time we were????UGH! Never again! Pay the extra money and stay elsewhere!

keep driving....

Very poor management. Smelled of disenfectent. No ice machines..no resturant, no bar as advertised. Room air-conditioner was excessively noisy. Pool was in need of cleaning and repair.

Very Rundown

This hotel was very, very run-down. The entire place was in dis-repair with the lobby, breakfast area, common restrooms, pool area, etc., all being in sad shape. Paying over $100 per night (even in a resort area) seemed far out of line with the other (newer hotels) in the area.

If I'd known the condition of the hotel, I would have gladly stayed elsewhere.
