| Love going weekly..staff become extended family | | By a Guest Reviewer | | It is truely home away from home, except they clean your ''house'' for you. The staff is very friendly. They are very respectful of property when they clean up and of children. They really become like your second family when you are there every week and they always remember you. They have a very healthy hot or cold breakfast which ever you choose. The manager is very understanding and friendly, not to business like and not to non-business like. The staff gladly helps you no matter how many questions you may have or problems that may occur. The rooms are very clean and so is the pool area and laundry. | |
| My review of Comfort Suites Wilmington | | By a Guest Reviewer | | This was a nice hotel and in the neighbourhood of our appointments. It helps to have Kerr Rd to get to Oleander Drive and thus avoid the heavy traffic near the shopping centers. The partial room divider plus frig/microwave is always nice, especially in the heat of summer. The only problem we had was the fact that the room did not show as already having been paid . We paid again (cash) and are trying to get the second payment refunded. | |

| Very quiet | | By a Guest Reviewer | | This hotel was a very nice place to stay. It is set off of the main road so you can get a good night sleep with out all of the highway noise. The staff was very nice and helpful. I would definatly stay here again. | |
| Skip this hotel...not worth it | | By a Guest Reviewer | | I was very disappointed. Our bathroom door took several tries to shut fully, and the air conditioning circulation in the room was poor. Also, downstairs in the lounge at the coffee machine, the HOT water was under too much pressure and nearly burned my sister's hand when she attepted to use it. At least the front desk staff was friendly, but you can find that at almost any hotel. Overall, not worth the money at all to stay here. | |
| VERY NICE HOTEL | | By a Guest Reviewer | | THE FRONT DESK HAD VERY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL WORKERS, THE BREAKFAST THAT WAS INCLUDED WAS VERY GOOD. THE ROOM SEEMED TO APPEAR CLEAN BUT IT SMELLED REAL BAD AND ALTHOUGH WE WERE ON A NON-SMOKING ROOM WE COULD SMELL CIG. SMOKE VERY STRONGLY FROM EITHER ABOVE US OR BELOW US. BECAUSE OF THE SMELLS I DON'T THINK I WOULD RETURN TO THIS HOTEL. | |
