''This was a nice hotel and in the neighbourhood of our appointments. It helps to have Kerr Rd to get to Oleander Drive and thus avoid the heavy traffic near the shopping centers. The partial room divider plus frig/microwave is always nice, especially in the heat of summer. The only problem we had was the fact that the room did not show as already having been paid . We paid again (cash) and are trying to get the second payment refunded....''

''Dirty - Cockroach lying dead in restaurant. Chairs in hotel room stained and dirty. Carpet torn in bedroom. Comforters had holes in them. Bedroom ceiling was peeling. Ceiling tiles falling down over Ice Machines.
Service - Asked for extra towels and was told there was noone who could deliver them to the room. Had to go to reception and pick them up.
Location - Close to busy road & shops. Not very pretty.

''Stayed there three times, stayed in the King Jacuzzi Suite. It is a real jacuzzi, not just a jetted tub.Most places just have jetted tubs that advertise jacuzzi rooms. We have stayed here several times when visiting Wilmington, and really have no complaints at all for any of the times we spent at this hotel. I normally do not like hotels which are next to busy highways or roads, but with the inside rooms, I did not hear any noise for the street. Since I am a very light sleeper, this is a big plus for me.
