Sure, the competitors may be a few cents cheaper on some things but you get what you pay for there. Ever noticed how the returns lines are so long at some other places? Target is clean, has a great layout, wide aisles, quality selection of products, nice employees, nice people to shop with, a well-designed parking lot, easy to access from the road, gosh I could go on forever. I always leave Target happy! | |

Every time it was used, it burned the food. After checking the Target website, I found that an overwhelming number of customers felt the same way so I decided to take it back and get another brand. I didn't have the receipt because it was a gift and it was over the 90 days. They would only exchange it for the exact same item and exact same price. I couldn't get one that was cheaper and get a gift card or get one that was more expensive. So of course they had only 1 other crock pot that was the same exact price and it cooked for 6 people. I only need for 2 so it was a complete waste. I talked with the manager and asked ''So I can either keep a crock pot that's broken or exchange it for one that I can't use and throw away $30?'' And she said, ''Yep, pretty much.'' Great customer service. | |
